The Ukrainian nation and its church has until the present day suffered countless trials and tortures without deserting divine truth or its national rights. The faithful of the Ukrainian church have the right to fight for its rights and place inside the universal church. They will not give up the fight.

The Ukrainian Catholic Church owes allegiance to the Pope, but follows the Eastern Rite. There are 14 Ukrainian Catholic Churches in the UK.

Wolverhampton has about 250 Ukrainian families.

O GOD, be merciful to me a sinner.
O GOD, cleanse me of my sins,
And have mercy on me.
O Lord, forgive me for I have sinned
Without number.

I Believe in One God, The Father Almighty
