United Church of Jesus Christ, Apostolic, East Park

Praise Him with music

Lifting up holy hands

Buried in His name
and risen

Learning to worship

Praying and Praising GOD together

Bishop H D Brown established Mount Shiloh Apostolic Church in 1959 with eighteen brethren, in the Commonwealth Centre, moving to the Adult College, and to Hickman Avenue church in 1974.

The Church believes in One God who reveals Himself in Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son, whose blood was shed to redeem the human race, the ONLY mediator between man and God...  "The Gospel that has no colour".

The church grew greatly, following the Apostles' Doctrine, by house-to-house prayer and fellowship. Initiatives include Choir; Saturday School; Community Development Project ( January 1987 to March 1996); Heath Advisory Centre; Bible School.

The Lord is my Light and my Salvation.

Faith, hope, love (Charity)
